Who We Are

Background information
-Paul and Louisa Vermaak
We have been life partners in this life time for 30 years, and
the programme is a result of 98 years accumulative life
experiences. These experiences were encountered in the different
situations and roles we have had as children, teenagers, young
adults, students and parenthood while creating a sustainable
career in the business world. Both of us are very successful and
have experienced business on all levels: as employee,
supervisor, manager, senior management, executive management,
member and director.
These experiences and learning's was within the small business
and corporate environment on a national level. We have
experienced business across all industry sectors which include
the following: Government and public sector, FMCG environment,
Warehouse and Logistics , Agriculture, Motor Industry, Mining,
Chemicals, Telecommunications, Facilities Management, Training
and Development just to mention a few!
Since a very young age we have always asked questions about
life, questions on human behavior - why things work the way they
work. Is the current way of working the best way? Is there other
ways? Is your way the way for everybody? Is the way of the
political leaders, school teachers, church leaders, community
leaders and the ways of our fathers and mothers the best way for
people to live in harmony? Why then all the uncertainty, the
non-loving relationships, the pain , the abuse, the torture, the
anger , the killing ,the hunger, the discrimination, the
degrading of people to non-thinking flesh machines? Why does so
much pain exist in relationships between family members,
brothers and sisters, sisters and sisters, brothers and
brothers, brother an fathers, farther and daughters, fathers and
mothers, grandparents and their grand children? Why so much
disharmony between cultures, churches, religions, countries and
individuals?
How does this impact business and the relationships at work,
between leaders and their subordinates, colleagues, members of
different departments, companies and their suppliers and
clients?
What is the impact on profitability, success, satisfaction,
fulfillment, leadership, courage, exploration, risk taking,
entrepreneurship, profits, rewards and staff retention?
What is the answer to these questions?
Why do some companies make profits and some don't? Why do some
people have money and other doesn't? Why does some companies
grow, expand and are sustainable and others don't last? Why can
some companies continuously improve their service delivery and
others are losing clients? Why can some companies continuously
improve their quality and others are paying claims all the time?
Why are some entrepreneurs successful, focused and profitable?
Why do some entrepreneurs fail to get started? Why do some
entrepreneurs get started and then fail to sustain themselves?
Why do some of them stop - start - stop - start - never to get
going? Why are so many people dreaming about being successful
but never manage?
Why are so many people dreaming to provide a service but
they fail
to serve themselves? Why do so many employees resign from their
jobs but still gets paid a monthly salary? Why do so many people
fail to pay off their debts? Why are so many people unhappy in
their current jobs? Why do so many people fail to work in a
team? Why is there so many gossiping and finger pointing from
fellow colleagues towards co-workers? Why do companies nail
their suppliers at all cost? Why do some companies go to the
extreme to see the downfall of their opposition, even revert to
illegal practices?
Why does some employees have a passion for their companies and
others hate to go to work? Why does some teams win and other
teams loose? Why do some people resign and move from company to
company? Why can companies not manage to retain employees -
especially the critical skills needed? Why do some employees
always find the same boss - irrespective where they go? Why are
some employees dedicated and loyal and others not? Why does some
companies develop their employees and others not? Why does some
employees take responsibility and others not? Why do some live
from a believe system of entitlement and others not? Why do some
play victim and others not? Why are some team players and others
not? Why is some successful in everything they touch and others
are fumbling their opportunities away
During our studies and careers we developed a compelling desire
and drive to provide individuals with the opportunity to
experience the secrets of success. Discovering their own genius
in all facets of their relationships: with themselves, family
members, fellow colleagues , friends, competitors, clients,
suppliers, internal customers, money, health, wealth and life.
These critical leadership and soft skills training are
incorporated in the program.
